This colt combines the bloodlines of some of the most interesting stallions of today, both in international sport and breeding.
is dam, Uma ter Wilgen, is a young mare by Pegase van ’t Ruytershof and comes from a dam line in which sport quality has been firmly established generation after generation.
The half-brother of her dam, Wathnan Thor tHer Wilgen, is successfully competing at 1.55m level with Samuel Hutton. Uma ter Wilgen’s granddam has also proven her value in breeding, producing several internationally ranked showjumpers. Her offspring include Harmini van ’t Heike, competing at 1.60m level, as well as the 1.50m horses Freedom van ’t Heike and Gipsy of Heritage. A strong international sport family with proven performance at the highest level.
Sire Impress-K van ’t Kattenheye Z has developed into a proven Grand Prix horse at the very highest level of international sport. This son of Indoktro K van ’t Kattenheye x Vagabond de la Pomme is successfully ridden by Thibeau Spits and competes at 1.65m level. In 2025, he won team gold at the European Championships in A Coruña. In 2026, he once again confirmed his place among the international elite with a second-place finish, both individually and with the team, at the World Championships in Aachen.
Impress-K also offers a particularly interesting genetic profile for breeding. His pedigree brings together influential bloodlines including Indoctro, Kannan, Vigo d’Arsouilles and Vagabond de la Pomme.
